RESPONSIBILITIES
> You hunt active high-level candidates for management positions to our clients in the most different fields (local and international). > You ensure that candidates have a smooth, seamless and positive experience since the first approach. > You assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System and attempting to the company’s data privacy policy. > You are responsible for the creation of job profiles and job posting on the eligible platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
> You speak business fluent German and English (both C1 level). > You have experience in the HR field, especially in talent management, active sourcing, recruiting. > You have excellent planning, organizational and communication skills, knowledge of and affinity for social media and employer branding. > You are creative, serious and endurable to find the best talents and could negotiate with various hierarchical levels.
