IT Business Analyst - Remote

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst passioned for problem solving, system migration and cloud computing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

› Create and organize all products documentation in accordance with defined Templates › Planning and coordinating of maintenance Apps patches, manage systems update, follow-up KPls and manage suppliers and developers. › Proactive communication with interface partners such as development, IT, managers and more › Create PR & PO, manage work and supplier deliverables. › Create and provide support at the system, created workflows inside the system. › Manage activities to Perform the migration of applications and DBs to AWS Cloud › Coordination with international suppliers and development partners › Keep project documentation up to date, including a summary of the lessons learned.

REQUIREMENTS

› Technical bachelor's, master's degree, graduate diploma (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field of study) › Process-oriented skills › Experience with ITSM and ITIL is an advantage › Detailed and problem-solving working methods › Interest in the automotive industry › Experience with Telematics Systems, Connected Car and system analysis is desirable. › Excellent communication, proactivity and analytical skills › Fluent English › Knowledge of German language is beneficial.
