Import & Export Analyst

We are looking for a multi-tasking talent to support our company. Your task will be to coordinate the import and export processes of a customer project and support our corporate functions in HR. Are you a highly motivated team player who is passionate about process improvements? Are you interested in and able to perform and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly challenging work environment of digital transformation processes?

RESPONSIBILITIES

› Coordination of importation processes › Preparation of documents such as invoices, packing lists and declaration documentation › Research and determine the NCM/HS codes for the products to be imported › Communication with customer importation departments › Communication and control of importation company processes (despachante) at Brazilian customs › Coordination with Pixida employees in Germany for import clarifications › Strategic logistics consulting › Self-execution of corporate functions: › Coordination of internal communication, information processes and documentation › Communication with business partners

REQUIREMENTS

› University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade › Experience as an Import Analyst › Familiarity with customs legislation and SISCOMEX › Professional handling of MS Office Programs › Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills › Proactiveness and attention to detail › Fluent English is mandatory › Valid driver’s license
