We are looking for a Development Engineer in Automation with the motivation to address complex tasks and technical challenges in the field of semiconductor manufacturing technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

› You develop the control technology for the measuring machines in the field of semiconductor manufacturing and software designs, define interfaces and work out safety concepts › You create and evaluate requirement and functional specifications for the control software (PLC) › You define technical specifications and framework conditions for internal and external development partners, create work packages and supervise their implementation › You evaluate the delivered work content (PLC control software) from the supplier, accept it and, if necessary, further develop it yourself › You create software test specifications, test protocols and modules tests › You conduct software reviews for requirements analysis and software design

REQUIREMENTS

› You possess a graduation in the field of control engineering/automation technology, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related fields - Master's degree is beneficial › You have intercultural competence as well as fluent spoken and written English (C1) › You have an availability for relocation to or within Germany in short period › You have knowledge of PLC programming, mainly for Siemens devices (2y+), TIA Portal, C++ and/or C# and agile development, mainly SCRUM › You also have a desirable knowledge of Python, safety programming and HMI development, motion controllers (Sinumerik), Microsoft TFS-Azure DevOps, debugging tools for NW, PLC and peripherals
