Management Assistant

We are looking for a Management Assistant, who will contribute to the success of all company divisions within very essential business processes. You will help our management team with daily back office tasks, support employees in personnel management topics and be responsible for office administration and reception of visitors in Porto. Do you enjoy working with people and have a passion for personnel management and administrative activities? Are you an organizational talent, a critical thinker and own initiator? RESPONSIBILITIES

› You participate in all processes and tasks of the HR department. › You are the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues. › You support superiors and the management team as a good soul in HR and office matters. › You are responsible for creating and maintaining master data and managing personnel files. › You create reports and analysis for human resources, finance and controlling. › You take on preparatory work for the accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

› You have a very good command of spoken and written Portuguese and English. › You have a successfully completed commercial professional training and you have gained first experience in comparable tasks. › You are experienced in dealing with common MS Office applications. › Prior experience with managing social benefits/vouchers in Portugal. › In addition to your service-oriented way of working you convince with good time management and hands-on mentality.
