Student Trainee in Talent Acquisition for German Application Market

RESPONSIBILITIES

› Support our Talent Acquisition Specialists by doing research of qualified job portals › Publish job adds in job portals and social media portals for the DACH region › Accompany the Talent Acqusition Specialists in every process step and databases › Market research of changes in german and brazilian application market › Research of particularities in Tech-Recruiting › Support HR operations, especially for international relocation

REQUIREMENTS

› Studying towards bachelor, master, or diploma (Germanistics or other subject with knowledge about german language) › Must have: fluent in German and English › Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills › Very good knowledge in MS-Office › Goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting, strong initiative, openness to new ideas and enthusiasm › Reliable, able to take ownership and motivated to learn quickly › Knowledge of and affinity for social media and employer branding is a plus › Nice-to-Have: Experience in recruiting and talent aquisition activities › Familiarity with data privacy and compliance topics is a plus
