> Providing of independent IT support > Handling, analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests > Hands-on support for local client laptops, mobile phones and networks > Provisioning of client laptops and peripherals > Remote 1st and 2nd level support for our global teams > Creation and improvement of documentation
> Experience in supporting IT hardware and infrastructures > Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem > Understanding of general information security and data privacy principles > Knowledge in cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or MS Azure desired
