Cloud Software Engineer
To strengthen our product development of cloud-based solutions for our products and our customers, we are seeking a Cloud Software Engineer, who has the enthusiasm to demonstrate excellency in creating new and innovative products with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
> Improve our products with solution analysis, development, and integration > Create concepts and architectures for future developments of existing systems > Work creatively on new solutions with colleagues and actively engage in team discussions > Advance and foster our culture of best practices, clean code and testing in our development processes > Share knowledge with the team, coach more junior colleagues, and identify improvements potentials via continuous improvement > Understand the importance of user experience and have a good understanding of product development
REQUIREMENTS
> Good understanding of Clean Code > Several years of professional experience in at least 3 of the following areas: > Backend with e.g. Java, NodeJS, SQL Databases, No-SQL Databases or similar > Frontend with e.g. JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, or similar > Cloud Platforms with e.g. AWS or similar > Experience with serverless architectures, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (Cloud Formation and/or CDK) > At best, experience with agile software development, code reviews, and Continuous Integration > Naturally curious and boundless enthusiasm to learn new technologies and share knowledge > Domain knowledge or interest in any of the following domains is a plus: Mobility, Connectivity, Big Data, Connected Navigation, Cloud Computing, Automotive > Fluent English skills
